(S) 2 alpen light cherry bakewell and some frozen berries
 
Lost another pound means I'm in to the 12s, so so pleased :)
 
Okay so Monday... Was bad again yesterday, really off plan. Am weighing a day early this week too as off to see mil for the weekend in Wales, will be an off plan weekend so need to do my best this week.
Extra easy day today.

(B) alpen light (half heb) muller Greek peach (0.5) and some pomegranate
(L) fish sushi (3.5) mango and apple
(D) pork casserole (pork, carrot, Swede, parsnip, leeks, stock)
(s) alpen light (half heb) 2 sq green and blacks (2) skinny latte (hea)

God, struggling today. Feel some self sabbotage coming on :mad:
I think I am going to need to flexi syn as need chocolate.

14.5 Syns, so far............ :p

Edit: have had some green and blacks dark choc 3 squares - 3 syns

Still struggling today, just want to eat stuff that I know is not good for me. Am on a red day today as I find im more satisfied on them.

(B) Porridge (HEB and HEA) Muller greek vanilla and coconut (0.5)
(L) Salmon salad (2 pieces of salmon)
Melon, pineapple and mango
(S) Ryvita thins (HEB2) alpen light (3)
(D) Tesco light choices cumberland sausages (4), sweede, some type of veg and gravy

So far 7.5 but I have half a bar of green and blacks in the fridge at home and a MAJOR choc craving

Edit: 3 sq of dark choc - 3 syns
Total 10.5

Yesterday wasn't the best day for food really. Went dog racing with work (after work) so a few drinks and naughty food....

(B) porridge (hea and heb)
(L) 'fried' egg on toast (heb2) ketchup (1)
Velvet crunch (4) alpen light (3)
(D) cheese burger and large portion of chips
4 double Malibu and diet coke

Then came home and ate tub of frozen yog for 7.5 syns

Total syns - loads

Am away from home this weekend and have others cooking my meals for me, yesterdays food was crazy I seriously went off plan, today won't be fully slimming world but am going to make the healthiest choices possible.

(B) egg muffin - egg was fried in oil
(L) going to mil for lunch she serves up massive portions!!! It's a Sunday roast and there will be wine and a pudding
 
Back home and struggling to get back on track. I find being on plan really easy until I slip up. Need to go food shopping as not much in and after all my pigging out this weekend I feel hungry!
