I am full of cold and trying to eat my weight in fruit to combat it!!

I am making a carbonara in the slow cooker today which is bubbling away

Will probably use cheese as the hea allowance.
 
Still full of full and endo pains, but today I am taking positive charge of my health and making the right decisions for me - scan on Friday and I am ready for you!!

I think this is the healthiest plan I have ever been on and I am happy ????
 
Tonight tea was super amazing!! I have over synned myself by 7.5 syns so today has been a better day then first thought.

I feel less bloated and my energy is finally improving from the flu drain I have been having.

Tomorrow is another day and I look forward to another great day ???
 
I have always loved Thursdays!! I believe the energy on that day attracts all kinds of greatness!! Prosperity, opportunity, abundance - so I wish everyone a very happy Thursday :)

Angelicbee. I have just Starter sw this week as well. Do you want to Buddy up? I have 2 stone to lose! Just cooked sw lasagne and it was yum, well apart From the burnt cheese - my Bad!:)

It looks like my food sensitivity is to wheat and not all gluten so I'm on the hunt for rye products - spelt is quite syny lol fingers crossed x
 
Just got in from shopping total budget this week as next Friday is payday whoop!!

I purchased rye bread to try as a heb - meats - lighter cheese - quark - yoghurts - apples - satsumas - ham - £25.59 bargain woooo

I purchased sauce packets for stirfrys so very cheap and make Chinese cooking so easy and better then going to a shop and buying tons of food I do not need cooked in lots of oil etc

Feeling determined and pleased I found a new bread to experiment with too.

Still feel to weak to include exercise but soon hopefully ... Get my walk on again :)
 
Ok stupidly excited about the bacon sandwich I'm having for breakfast!!!

Am I alone in that after doing deprivation plan, after plan. It feels like heaven right here and right now to eat certain previously banned foods - lol I feel like I just burnt my bra for the cause !!

Hubby and I are having a breakfast date as presently he is working seven days a week with it being a busy time at work for the company he works at - two more weeks and normality begins whoop !!

I'm hoping I can then include one cardio session a week and two big walks at the weekends fingers crossed.

I will see how that goes then start to try other exercise thereafter.

So date morning here I go :)

So I had rye with marmalade instead of jam, SW cooked breakie fruit along side and French onion soup with cheese plus the roast amazing food today.
