So we were told that ye old hotdogs are 1/2 a syn each and both hubby and I decided we wanted a day inspired by the firework season.

Because why the hell not lol!! It's almost naughty - I will cut the rye into strips and layer each with frylite onions, cheese, tiny sliver of sauce and mustard cut the hotdog down the middle and place on top. Three hotdogs and then my fav SW chips.
I'm planning a walk on Sunday, then next week Thursday to Sunday a walk each day. This should help me to start to burn off some calories.
I used to like going out for walks a lot but a few things got in my way, anxiety, fear and the busy season at my hubby's work. Now normality can return and I feel my diet will start to balance and the weight will vanish <3
I have been a bit rough these last few months, yesterday my new higher nature suplements arrived and I'm looking forward to feeling well again.
Time to heal and get real x x
