Sunday and I am feeling quite organised!! I purchased a bargain new slowcooker from eBay and one for my mum - it's a compact 1.5 litre one. The idea is I will get up chuck is something to go on high for greatly free lunches.

I think the slowcooker will be a huge part of my weightloss success.

Mr B loves the sc meals and during this time when he is at the busiest work wise it was a lifesaver as we both can eat as and when our schedules allowed.

At his request this is today's menu

I royally screwed up today and I really couldn't give a rats ass.

I had two daim bars a packet of monster munch and a Chinese!!

The plan is great, I have hormonal imbalanced days and I know it's going to be bad in the morning when I just feel rage the switch to years the blissful happiness back to tears - my endocrine system is buggered. This is why I am doing the plan so I am not going to be nasty to myself not going to undo the damage but tomorrow I will just be better.

I know I would have these days pop up from time to time until I have rectified the problems I have health wise.

I will get there I think I need to re access a few items I'm using and see if tweaking menus will aid weightloss.

Oh well onwards x

I love the easy dishes that taste good, tonight's tea was Icelands lamb shank and Birdseye steamed veg. Quick and simple but so yummy x
 
So we were told that ye old hotdogs are 1/2 a syn each and both hubby and I decided we wanted a day inspired by the firework season.

Because why the hell not lol!! It's almost naughty - I will cut the rye into strips and layer each with frylite onions, cheese, tiny sliver of sauce and mustard cut the hotdog down the middle and place on top. Three hotdogs and then my fav SW chips.

I'm planning a walk on Sunday, then next week Thursday to Sunday a walk each day. This should help me to start to burn off some calories.

I used to like going out for walks a lot but a few things got in my way, anxiety, fear and the busy season at my hubby's work. Now normality can return and I feel my diet will start to balance and the weight will vanish <3

I have been a bit rough these last few months, yesterday my new higher nature suplements arrived and I'm looking forward to feeling well again.

Time to heal and get real x x
 
Not going to lie yesterday went tits up!! But today is great and I think the main thing I learnt is I need to start the day with a substantial breakfast!! To really balance my hormones!!

So I have come to the conclusion that yes a hearty breakfast serves me well.

It is amazing how much food influences the life we each try to lead within. My breakfast has filled me up and tasted amazing.

Yes I eat meat and have a lot if vegan/vegetarian associates who judge people and frown upon people, yet I believe we should let each be to their own preferences. Concentrate on our own diets and leave people be... It is their right as well as yours etc!

I believe we each go back into the circle of life some how and that saying thank you for the animals sacrifice to sustain our bodies is the respectful thing to do - as eventually we each pay our debt!
