Oh my goddddd I've eaten so bad today!!! I've had 2031 cals!!!

Here goes....
Cooked brekkie: tea, oj, 3 sausages, 2 bacon, beans, 2 fried eggs, 2 bread n butter, ketchup

Costa fruit cooler
Peanut butter kit kat chunky
Cheese n pickle sandwich with crisps on the side

Ok... So I may have had a 1/4 pounder with cheese meal on the way home from the wedding last night taking my total cals up to almost 3,000

Fasting window restarts today after two days of non fasting. Hopefully that will kick start the metabolism. Weighed this morning after my HORRENDOUS day yesterday and I'm surprised to say I'm 10st 4!!! Well happy!!!

Having my morning coffee, going food shopping in a bit! Going to hit the gym hard for the next two weeks now I've had my week off! X
 
Whoop I've held off eating till 1pm!! It's so much easier at home!!! I thought my lunch breaks were 12pm at work but the new timetable is showing a 1pm lunch beak mainly!! So I'll adjust my window accordingly!

Just been food shopping and have bought loads of lovely dinners. Today we're having salmon an broccoli pasta in a creamy tomato sauce.
Some other dinners:
Chicken ceaser salad with flatbread
Bolognaise
Fishcakes n salad
Sweet n sour chicken with brown rice
Spaghetti n meatballs (Friday) yummmmm ant wait :D
I bloody love food hahahaha x

Went and bought some house bits today.. Eeeek!! So bloody excited its unreal! Anyway, food today:
Coffee and tea
Banana
Cashew nuts (40g)

Skinny latte
Wasabi peas

Bolognaise with wholemeal pasta n cheese on top
Yogurt n crushed meringues

Chicken ceaser salad
Half a flatbread

Total cals 1602

Plus Kettlercise at 7-8pm x
