tazbabe's show and tell

ooh snuggly :)
are you on your own tomorrow?

very snuggly, can't wait for tonight!

tomorrow, well, yes and no, on my own at home(well, the dogs, ponies and chickens are here) , but i'm working dayshift, so lots of company there. and my sister lives close by, i might go there when i get in. i don't mind, steve needs to be with his mum just now, that is far more important!

Ah bless you. Its hard when you have to be apart xxxx What do you do for a job if you dont mind me asking you always seem to be working?

always working indeed!

i'm a nurse, specialise in orthopaedics, but i also do lots of extra shifts wherever i'm required, as steve only has part time just now, hopefully that is going to change next month though, then things will be a tad easier. :)

Oh wow :) bet you are especially busy on ortho this time of year, although i suppose they dont have routine ops planned.

ortho is always busy, people either slip on the ice, or fall over the cat, or off their wind surfer, or whatever else they are working/playing at, they're so careless! :)

aye, 'twill be a bit less hectic once he has more hours, i might even have to do the ironing!!!!

his dad is stable now, so hopefully he will be a bit better soon. he is still critical though, going to be a long haul.

have a lovely day everyone! xx

hello ladies! aye, i'm off for NY...or hogmanay :)

things are not good with steve's dad. if there is no improvement in the next 2 days then they are going to consider him palliative.
steve is still down there, i want to go too, not sure if i can arrange it with work though, but how can i not go?

was night shift last night, came home to the kitchen and living room covered in dog wee, they are not used to spending so long alone in the house.
going to spend the evening at my friends.

Oh Marty, that doesn't sound good about Steve's Dad, surely work would understand given the situation?
Poor doggies, wish I was nearer cos I would take them out for you xx

aye, i know. i'll see how it goes over the next 2 days, and plan a trip once we know how he is. work will just have to understand!

i might take the dogs over to my mums tomorrow night, pick them up again on my way home thursday, it's just not fair to expect them to suddenly adapt to being left when they are not used to it.

discovery of the day:

it is immaterial how p****d one is, one simply cannot open the back door of the house with the car key!

LOL! Glad you've at least found a bit of down time in your busy christmas Marty. ;)

Hoping and praying the news from down south gets better, and that you can be with Steve over the next few days petal. x
