I need your help pls: I know you have been doung some SE days and its confused me: want to make pulked pork with wholeweat breadrolls and sw coleslaw..if I keep the rest of the day filled with yoghurt fruit veg and lets say baked beans omelette for lunch can I then have 2 healty extra as in 120g of bread rolls?
Lol cant get my head around it xx

Hi noki! I think as long as you have 2/3 superfree with every meal then you are on track for success express, i think you could probably use your 2 b choices at the same time if you were having two wholemeal bread rolls at dinner as it doesn't specify how or when you use them. It can be quite tough changing the 1/3 to 2/3, thats why i struggled last week as i went straight in to se without really knowing what i was changing. Hope that helps hun! How are you today? xxx

I am the same i love the mag lol, i get it slightly early at group which is great! but i have read it now and only had it a week lol There are some great recipes in this months! i am good thanks, kids had me up at 5.30 so that wasn't fun :zz: xxxx
