Ok, so I started dieting nearly 2 weeks ago, averaging around 1400 calories a day, very balanced and healthy. For the past few days I'm convinced I smell like vinegar, I've googled it and it keeps saying it's a sign of diabetes but I'm wondering if it could be something to do with the change if eating habbits (i used to eat around a thousands calories a day in chocolate and drank fizzy drinks all day) I'm eating completely differently to that now. Also my breath smells sweet, all I keep finding is diabetes when I search, could there be another explanation?
