Step 1 Sole Source Weight gain in week 1 on SS please help :'(

Heyya guys
i started soul source one week ago and have gained weight???!! Which is very disheartening as I haven't eaten for 9 days but somehow I'm heavier than when I was eating pizza daily :cry:some background info to this is that I am on the depo contraceptive injection, have been for 3 years and have never had a period whilst on it but since day 3 I have constantly been on it. Could this be why it is saying I've gained weight? Please help guys. Thank you

This sounds awful! I really feel for you. You need to see your consultant asap to discuss why this is. But in the meantime DONT GIVE UP! Everyday is a new day and only u can make it a good one!
