Hi everyone .

I've tried a few diets in the past, but only Dukan seemed promising. Then I met my boyfriend, and just stopped. Decided to give it another go!

I'm hoping to use here as a support / help keep myself accountable. I have about 2.5-3 st that I'd like to lose by around Christmas, so I'm really going to have to stick to it.

I'm planning on starting Sunday (I'm out of the country travelling until Saturday) - excited but nervous.
