Well put pink. So many people are in class and wonder why not lost as much. Quite a few times its because they thought they was doing best by avoiding syns.... Not always the case. They recommend at least 5 syns if I don't have any in a recipe I have a choc bar like breakaway (5syns)

I used to do this all the time. It gets stupid. I would even reduce the amount of liquid I drink before weigh in after 3pm and get weighed in just before 6pm. Then have everything that evening. Then takes days to get weight back down and lose more. I have a slimming world meal like lasagne now...

I tend to stick to vodka or jd (25ml 3 syns) with diet mixer. I also find if eat things like pasta before I go out stops me getting the munchies and don't get drunk quick lol

i must admit I love my chilli and still use quorn even though I do extra easy now. I have done so many recipes and must admit most have been well worth the effort :) Also the lasagne from the extra easy cookery book is fab. I tend to add a bit of tomato puree to thicken the sauce though.

i made the lasagne ones the other week. It is hard work but well worth it for me. I had some and still lost weight at class. I find in moderation they are ok plus takes forever to do them so you would do a big batch. Even made some for class in a bag.... Everyone loved them. I use salt on them...
