    Princess_Stevie is exactly right. You can choose to have either 1 or 2 Alpen Lights as a HEB. If you have one then you may find your weight loss is speedier (hence the S symbol). However, you can have 2 if you want. I always have 2 if I'm using Alpen Lights as a HEB!

    I can't see any gluten free bread listed as a HEB. But you can have dried fruit (e.g., 50g dried apple), canned fruit and cooked fruit as a HEB on EE as well as some soups, nuts and seeds and 1tsp of olive oil.

    Thanks kerryathome. I ventured out again today and managed about 20 minutes of running (with brisk walking either side as a warm up/cool down). I think I'm beginning to see what the fuss is about so I'm going to keep at it. No excuse now the evenings are getting lighter! Thanks again :)
