So I bought myself a blender today and some scales to measure my food. Gota stick to it now or I've wasted my money. Not drank as much wAter as I should have today cus been so busy so hope that hasn't had an effect on my weight loss x

I'm hoping to lose bit more than that lol. u did herbalife not long ago and lose 5lb in a week an u can eat alot more on that so having a bit of a comp between them both at the min plus I was only 10'6 when I started that x
Brilliant. I wana experiment with the different foods. I've lived off eggs for days now an dont wana get bored so gona go shopping tomorrow and get lots of everything to jut try out different things. Got curried eggs mixed with cabbage brockolly mushrooms and spices for Tomoz.

So I've had a black coffee today and about a pint of water plus my mint choccy shake which is yummy. Feeling quite full now so lets see how the day goes on. Tummys rumbling like mad haha

I always suffer migrains anyway so prob won't notice haha. Will prob have my latter half way through week as my weigh in is Saturday so don't wana risk the day before haha. Do U lot have your shakes before the weigh in on the day of the weigh in?
I havnt got bars, she never offered them to me. I drink green tea an just about to have a black coffee now. I've told her I'm going to treat myself to a skinny latte now and again because I don't use my milk allowance as I drink black tea and coffee.

My consultant told me I'm literally allowed the small portion of the protein rich food and a tiny bit of the veg which she described as about 2 small bits of brockolly. I've just made an omelette for tomorrow with mushrooms cabbage and brockolly in it and chilli powder but it's not file me up...
Cheers I'm absolutely starving and craving Ames and sweets already but I've been good and stuck to it. I've had my 2 shakes and soup and I've cooked a mini omelette with 2 eggs and mushrooms for later but really could do with some other recipes for my later meal. I'm so hungry right bow
