    It's already working, normally now I'd be beating myself up about wanting something to eat for lunch. But instead I'm reading people's posts whilst thinking about making my chocolate shake into a mousse! Good luck to you on your first day, it's tough but you can do it :) x

    Sal's not being 30 & fat diary

    I've just started Slim & Save today :) I'm 30 this year & I'm getting married so don't want to be a fat 30year old bride!! Ive had porridge for breakfast which was nice, I've had 2 cups of tea with skimmed milk & about 2litres of water already. All seems to be good as far, is there anyone else...
