    Wanted to do this forever!

It's been a while since I've been on here but as I've been struggling a bit of late I thought I'd check back :) Since my last post I've lost about another stone and have been maintaining at around 9st3 for 3 months or so now. I got a fantastic new job, a beautiful new flat and I'm starting...

    Wanted to do this forever!

Thanks everyone! I'm really happy to finally get to post my own story because the others left on here have been so inspirational on my journey. Well done to those of you who have reached your personal goal already and good luck to those still working at it - you'll get there if you work hard, I...

    Wanted to do this forever!

I've been wanting to post a before and after for so long now and it makes me so excited to finally be at a place where I feel happy to do it :) So, in my 'before' picture, I was living in Paris, city of beautiful people and felt hugely uncomfortable at around 13st7. By Christmas 2010 I'd managed...

    Weight plateau

I've been following WW (on my own) since January (post Christmas blues!) and have lost over 3 stones. Absolutely delighted with the progress and still have about a stone to go, but I seem to have hit a plateau. Over the past 3 weeks, I seem to be staying around the same weight (losing a pound...

Team 3 Team Loser - "Winning by Losing" - New start for 2011!

Hey guys, I'm sorry to say I'm a STS this week - I really hoped to lose but I've had a stressful week with uni deadlines and then I was waiting to hear about a job which made me crazy (I hate waiting!) but I found out I got it in the end :D So next week will be a better week, I promise! Good...

Team 3 Team Loser - "Winning by Losing" - New start for 2011!

Oooh I'd love to set myself a May goal - I'd like to lose 8lbs, 2 for each week. Of course I'd actually like to lose more than that, but I think it's a good place to start! :) Irene - I'm in Durham at university at the moment, but 'home' is Middlesbrough, so not far from Gateshead! Will...

Team 3 Team Loser - "Winning by Losing" - New start for 2011!

Hey, going to be joining Team 3. A brief intro: I'm Sarah, I'm a university student rapidly approaching finals and graduation and looking to shift some weight before those dreaded photos! I tried doing a VLCD for a couple of weeks with brilliant results but it's just way too restictive for me...

THE PICTURE THREAD! Post pictures of your homecooked ww meals!

These recipes look absolutely delicious! If I ever manage to make anything which looks remotely appetising, I'll post a picture but in the meantime, I'll attempt some of these!

what is your MOST favourite WW food item?

I absolutely love the Mexican Spicy Bean soup, 1.5 points. Try to cook meals for myself most of the time rather than eating ready meals, but don't mind the chicken curry from time to time.

TEAMS - How to Join (please read LAST post)

Also coming back to WW as it's the only thing that's really ever worked for me - would love to join a team as good, healthy competition spurs me on!

Reasons for wanting to lose weight?

I've put on around 3 stones since I started university 5 years ago and I want to get somewhere close to my starting weight for graduation as I want to look back on my photos with pride, not disgust. In more general terms, my family suffer with heart issues and I don't want to add to the problem...

    University and how to cope!

I'm also at uni now and I'm the flip side of the coin to rugbykirsty87 - I came to uni and gained a whole load of weight. I'm now trying to get back to where I started 5 long years ago. BUT I have friends who've all managed to lose weight when they've been here, mostly through diet and exercise...

    Moving from CD to WW?

I changed from W8 which I believe is pretty similar to CD? I've gained 2lbs in the past few days since changing but think I've levelled now so I'm starting weigh-ins again, fresh, on WW. Good luck! :D

September Challenge - So far so good everyone!

I weighed this morning because I figure I'm settled from my switch from W8 now so I'm starting over... Scary times!

    New Starter and Cava!

Screw taking the bottle to bed and just get to working the points OFF instead! ;)

    New Starter

I'm doing points - when I first did the programme the points system was just new and it's all I know (I don't go to the classes as I have the books/points calculator etc) and if it worked before then I'm sure it can work again! Fingers crossed! Though, having signed up for the September...

    New Starter and Cava!

The difficulty with drinking a bottle a day would be the munchies you'd get afterwards, which, sadly, never seem to tempt you towards fruit and salad and more in the direction of greasy kebabs and pizzas! I can never stop at 1 or 2 either... I struggle stopping at 7 or 8, forcing me to step...

    New Starter and Cava!

.....or eat loads of point-less veg and drink the whole bottle?! I'm a student and I think like one!

September Challenge - So far so good everyone!

I'm well up for joining this challenge - I'm moving away on the 8th so might be a bit rough to start with but I reckon it's do-able! I'm going to go for 8lbs - I'll start the weigh-in on Monday (just come off a VLCD so might gain a bit before then but hopefully I'll be settled in with food again...

    New Starter

Hey guys, Well, I've just finished 3 weeks of W8 and whilst I can't knock it and the results were great, it's just not a lifestyle I can sustain. Buuuut I'm sure you all understand the desire for the "miracle cure"! Anyway I've done WW plenty of times before and always had good results so...
