I've decided to move from CD to WW. I've been on CD for a couple of weeks and I want to eat now. So I have a stone to lose before I reach goal. Anyone else changed from CD?
I changed from W8 which I believe is pretty similar to CD? I've gained 2lbs in the past few days since changing but think I've levelled now so I'm starting weigh-ins again, fresh, on WW.
