    Week 9 Weigh In

    5 stone loss in 9 weeks ? that's amazing is that all on the cambridge ? I'm on my 2nd week at the moment have got to day 13 twice and gave in (hopefully wont be the case this time round) had my first weigh in on wednesday and lost 11 pound so was happy with that.

    So far so good nearly day 2 over :). Have you tried looking at inspirational of before and after pictures ? that seems to be keeping me a bit more focussed at the moment :). Tomorrow is a new day hope you stick with it tomorrow :)

    I'm yet to last more than 2 weeks on SS have lost my way twice on day 13 :mad:. I have a better feeling this time round so hopefully will manage to stick with it for at least 12 weeks :). now to get through day 2 lol. Hope your sticking with your diet :)

    lack of motivation :(

    I've been 100% so far other than the odd cup of tea and weighed myself this morning and it come up at 21.10 & 1/2 but that's what it was on Sunday & Monday. I started at 22.8 & 1/4 so its nearly a stone loss but seems it has slowed down last couple of days ?

    Started the cambridge diet on Tuesday my starting weight was 23 stone & 8 pound 1/4! I haven't eat since i started the diet but had a couple of tea's will that make a big difference to my weight loss when i get weighed on tuesday ?
