    Keep going! As much as we would like it to be, weight loss is just not a linear thing... it goes in fits and starts and is influenced by so many things, such as hormones, salt levels, water, exercise.... Focus on sticking to the plan and the scales will move.

    In my experience, there should be no difference between simplicity and lifestyle. If you want to stick with lifestyle, then my advice would be to get some electronic scales if you haven't already and use them all the time - weigh your protein, veg and milk religiously and get glugging the water...

    Hello! I am just over 3 weeks into an 8 week stint. I find it much easier to do, knowing that I have a time limited period to be on the diet. I could potentially be on the diet for 6-9 months but I just can't face that prospect! All the best for day 1 tomorrow.
