    I think that's what the waters for :P what do is have a cup of water with each shake and meal bar. It helps add to your water count and it should get rid of the taste if you don't like it too! :)

    Good luck! I think this could work as I haven't been too hungry yet and strangely when I was hungry was after my meal so I had a slimfast treat bar :P Try just dance for exercise :D

    I weighed myself in Boots this morning and I am 10 stone :( I have also started the slimfast diet today and I have ordered a load of stuff from superdrug for it so I'm thinking I'll keep at this for at least a month and see if I lose any weight! :)
