My plan :)

    Slimfast - Weight Watchers
    I have joined this site as I think I will do better with encouragement from other slimfast dieters!! So, who's going to do this with me?? :p

    This is my plan -
    Breakfast - a self mixed strawberry powder milkshake.
    Lunch - a chocolate meal bar.
    Tea/Dinner - a 600 calorie or less meal (possibly weight watchers and if it's not enough calories I can make it up with a hot chocolate or a glass of milk or something).
    Snacks - 2 fruits or vegetables and 1 slimfast snack.

    Is this going to be effective?!
