    What to drink?

    Me :). Weigh 11.5 at minute (but did have a sneaky peak this morning and scales said 11st 4.8 so im hoping I might be able to lose the 0.8 by Tuesday :p).     It really does make you realise how many calories you eat when you're not counting. I must have been eating loads! Pixie - I worked mine out by working out BMR (calories your body needs at rest) then you do a calculation that works out TDEE which is the calories needed to maintain your weight...

    Very little caffeine in green tea. Im trying to get back into it and cut down on coffee, I used to drink loads. It supposed to speed up your metabolism and I believe that it does, apparently you should have at least 4 cups a day, or so I read :)
