Hi, not quite sure how this will work but have seen so many food diaries on here that it must help! So here goes...
I initially had 4 stone to lose last year and managed to shift 2 stone in a couple of months doing slimming world from home (I can't go to or afford the group at the minute). Now I'm ready to lose the rest but it just doesn't seem to be working as well for me this time! Probably because I keep having the odd 'day off'! I can't seem to get below 11st. My target is 9.7lb but would be extra happy with 9

My latest attempt started Monday, day 1 went well but last night ended up having fish and chips for tea and raiding the chocolate tin! So now feeling a little annoyed with myself!
Anyway will post again with a diary, not sure if anyone will read it but I'll have a go!
