    cranberry bar

    Oh i totally agree, the cranberry ones are gorgeous. And, although they say you can only have 1 a day, if you check the carb content, they have the same amount of carbs as a shake! So my CD councillor reckons you can get away with more than one if you need it!

    Had a blow out yesterday!!

    I did exactly the same thing last week, Tuesday and Wednesday, then had a WI on Thursday and i gained 2lbs! I am sooo annoyed with myself, but I learned a valuable lesson!!! Good luck!!!!!!!! xxx

    Hi there. I have done exactly the same thing as you! I got weighed last Thursday and i lost a massive 19lbs, and this week i have eaten every day! I am so angry and annoyed at myself, and dreading WI tonight!!

    Day 2 nearly over...

    Aw Sparkles I know how you're feeling, It can be really difficult to begin with. when i did another VLCD last year, I suffered a lot at the beginning, headaches, shivering, cravings etc.. but i promise it really does become easier if you judt hang on in there. good luck!! xxx

    i think most councillors dont check unless you want them to. My councilor gives her clients a few sticks a week to check on their own, more for motivation than anything else.

    The Smells Are Overwhelming!

    Lol I am having the same experience. Smells that I would never normally notice are now overwhelming me, and I have nevernoticed before just how wonderful the house smells when a roast dinner is cooking!

    Does anyone else torture themselves?! (Food)

    I have just come back fron the town with the kids, who had got lunch from Burger King. I made my oldest daughter eat her burger like you see people enjoying them on the adverts so i could watch her!!! It was torture, but for some reason i had to do it! It's crazy!!!!:D

    Day 2- feeling good!!

    Well, I have woken up today on day 2 of CD, and i feel surprisingly good. Last night I was shaky and my head was pounding, so I was kind of expecting to feel a tad rubbish today, but i feel really good!! I have checked and I am not yet in ketosis, so its not that. Oh well, it feels good!! :D
