    Hello and thanks for your reply! My first goal is to lose 5% which is 10lbs and I hope to do this by 30th April, getting my 10% or 20lbs by end of May. Fingers crossed :)

    I started WW again (many attempts over the last 17/18 years) to get myself back to a healthy weight. I'll post my diaries here to try and help myself - and hopefully others can kick me when I'm heading in the wrong direction!
