I started WW again (many attempts over the last 17/18 years) to get myself back to a healthy weight. I'll post my diaries here to try and help myself - and hopefully others can kick me when I'm heading in the wrong direction!
Day 3 - WW SS
Breakfast - Mini shredded wheat, skimmed milk, banana and blueberries.
Lunch - 2 x warburton thins, lean ham and mixed salad, 2 x plums.
Dinner - Stir fried prawns with mushrooms, peppers, onions, spinach and bean sprouts, wholegrain rice - and very nice it was too!!
Snacks - Sugar free jelly
