    Hi, I've just started on a sugar free diet and was hoping to get some inspiration/advice here. But I can't seem to find a thread on it. Every other diet is here, surly I'm not the only one attempting to give up the white stuff! Do any of you follow a sugar free diet? Any top tips?

    Another pound off this week, was worried I wasn't gonna loose as I've been a bit "syn happy" but it shows the plan works! You can have your cake and eat it! (Just not too much and not every day)

    I made the saucy beef stir fry last night, can't get spring onions out here so substituted it with a green leafy thing I found (think it was pak choi ) anyway it was another hit, quick, easy and tasty, thanks so muck for all these recipes

    Just made the sunshine pork and served it with broccoli, what a success !! Very easy to do, was delicious and even my 3 year old ate it!!!

    Hi am trying to work out syn value on some pasta sauce, I've heard it's 20 calories per syn ie 100 cals 5 syns. However this sauce only has its energy value in KJ there's 454kj and 4.2g total fat 0.6 sat fat per serving? Should I eat it or not?????

I have done slimming world a few years ago to lose the baby weight, but we emigrated in January and the stress as well as different foods means I've put on a few pounds, there no such thing as slimming groups out here...
