    I went to a conference today. Didn't eat the pastries, sandwiches and cookies. Did eat banana, home made tuna pasta salad and melon! So pleased I was sensible but it was so tempting not to be!!

    Quark!!

    It's a soft cheese (or yoghurt? I can't tell!) that is very low in fat. Bit like marmite in that you either love it or hate it I think. I think it's vile!!

    My 'what I didn't eat' today is ridiculous!! Wasn't prepared so nipped into m and s and bought a count on us meal- before I eat it I quickly checked syns online and realised it was too high and gave it to a colleague- gutted!! Then had to go to sandwich shop and get a jacket spud and ham salad...

    Thank you! I lost 4lbs- really pleased as have had some lovely meals this week and haven't felt deprived at all. It took me 4 weeks to lose 4lbs on weight watchers so really happy with a good first week on sw :)
