    I did the same as you yesterday and left my meal to the evening, seriously I nearly passed out. I have shake at 10am Lunch at 1 A shake at 4/5pm Then a bar just before bed at around 9. Well done on your loss :) xx

    Im going it alone so am just trying to work out my clubs 10... I started at 11st 3 so that's 157lb I then minus 10% which is 15.7lb - divide 141.3 by 14 and get 10st 1lb ish.. Is that correct?? Maths never has been a strong point lol xx
