    I would imagine that by freezing it, it stops the stuff in the foodpacks from breaking down as they do normally in 15 mins.

    Any Recipes ??

    I think you can mix the chicken soup into a paste and spread it in little circles on a baking tray and bake them in the oven for a short time and they come out a bit like crisps/poppadoms

    Not having all the foodpacks

    It's just strange, because last week when I started LL I was starving"!!! Now, the last 2 days I just don't want to eat at all. There's been no hunger and I could have happily just had one shake and thats it....I had to make myself have the second one.

    How much of an effect does not having all the foodpacks have on weight loss? I know the leader drums it in that you MUST have all 4 everyday. But yesterday I only had 2 shakes all day, and today I've had a shake and a bar - thats it. Will these 2 days make much difference out of a weeks...

    Thank God for the Bars

    The reason you can only have 4 shakes/soups in the first 3 days is because its lower calories than adding a bar into the mix. So it puts you into ketosis a bit faster. Thats the reasoning behind no bars for the first 3 days I think.

    I'm unfortunate in that I literally cant stomach any of the shakes except banana ....and thats starting to make me wretch everytime I have to drink it :( I cant stomach any of the soups either. I don't mind the porridge though, so next week I'll probably have porridge, porridge, porridge...

    I have such a long way to go on LL, but I like to think ahead and I'm concerned about the amount of excess skin I'm going to be left with. Have any of you thats already lost loads been left with lots of saggy skin or does it just mostly shrink away? :confused:

    Thanks Bekimo :) I guess I should have known really that I was doing bad rather than good, as I wasn't drinking much either. I had only a litre of water a day, sometimes less. I'm determined now to try and drink about 3 litres, even if it kills me lol

    tomato soup

    I can't stomach any of the shakes or soups. Just the smell of them makes me feel sick. But I just had the tomato soup for the first time tonight, I was expecting it to taste like Heinz tomato, but it didn't lol. I really liked it though. Yay, at last I've found something I don't mind :bliss:
