I'm a bit of an insomniac unfortuanately. Sorry to hear you're working - thats crap eh lol

I'd be lost without my coffee!! I've always liked it black so that helps. If there's a limit I've done bad!!!

I've been a partial insomniac for years and years. Bed at 10pm awake at 1am until 4am then asleep until 6am. Clockwork. It doesn't bother me, that's the way my body wants it so I don't get het up because I don't do the '8 hours' thing!

I have never slept so well since being on this diet!!! It's fabulous, right through 11pm to 5am! It's like being a real sleep person! No up in the middle bit anymore. I may down loads of coffee during the day but I try to have my last one not later than 7pm and I think the water is also helping.

Maybe you might notice a change too. Lots of others have.
