    hi thinkerbell i would like to join your thread. i have over 60lbs to lose, the bulk of which, i would like to lose, by April4th(my 1st anniversary). i had one baby in 2008 and another in 2009, so i have a long road ahead of me. stay focused on your goal, you're sure to achieve it:)

    previously i resolved to weigh myself once a week, but i still took a peek here and there, now i have decided to weigh once a month, i get so diappointed when the numbers don't add up, but the plus side is that my clothes are fitting better, go figure:confused:

    tomorrow is my weekly weigh in and although i have stuck to the exercise and watching my calories, i feel very bloated, because of my period. inspite of this stumbling block, i'm still going to win this battle:) over and out :)

    i find that when i weigh myself too often, i would get discouraged, because of the fluctuation in weight.i did not lose any weight this week, but i did lose 1/2 an inch in my waist and i don't feel too bad, because my body feels so much stronger as a result of excersing daily:)

    i swear by taebo. i have lost a considerable amount of weight with it in the past, so i'm expecting success this time around, i love how i feel after a kick boxing workout. i do the cardio fatblaster/billy's bootcamp in the morning and strength traning in the evening by doing ripped to the core...

    i find that iam less motivated to work out at this time and i usually stop until my cycle ends.i have promised myself this time around not to stop working when my period starts.
