    :confused: Hmmmm if your sticking 100 % and drinking all the water then it has to be the times your eating, the only other thing I can think of is time of the month, could it be that? Stick to it though hun, sure you'll get good results at your next weigh in ;)

    morning everyone!

    Good idea - I had this yesterday: breakfast - shake snack - a small pear lunch - shake snack - celery with peanut butter dinner - cheese omelet and salad snack - a few strawberries;)

    2 meals out next week...Help

    Next week i have 2 meals out, wednesday at an indian then valentines ( saturday ) at a chinese!!!!:( Cant get out of them so any ideas what i can eat and try and stay sort of good!!!:confused: No rice obviously but then what???:eek:

    - 5lbs!!!!!!:p Im happy with that, I know some people have lost 7 and 8lbs on there first week but im still quite pleased with my loss!!!;)

    Oh never mind hun, I tend to agree with you about the portion sizes - I dont think the guide is explicit enough on exactly how much you should really eat...:( Im sure you will do much better next week and I know it doesn't make you feel better but at least you haven't gained :o Its my 1st weigh...

    Ok 1st day on today and I had breakfast - choc shake mid morning - apple lunch - caramel shake mid afternoon - pear dinner - skinless chicken breast with veg ( carrots, brocolli & Cauli ) supper - celery with a little peanut butter does this sound ok?:confused:
