    Disheartened : (

    I tend to weigh around 5lbs heavier in the evening than the morning. Don't forget - a pint of water weighs a pound and a quarter! It seems a lot of people have a slower second week, just you hang on in there. CD does work, we both know it does. Chin up xxx :hug99:

    I love feeling how much I've lost. My old LL counsellor used to have a chunk of concrete weighing three stones in her living room!! She got us to lug it around once we got to goal, it was quite funny!

    Are you both on CD? Can you chuck away all the "nice" foods that will tempt you? I remember when I was first on lighterlife in 2005, we had a packet of hobnobs rolling around for a couple of weeks and every time I saw them it was a nightmare. I just chucked them in the end.

    Debbie, hang on there :hug99: If you are sticking to the diet (eating all three packs and drinking enough water) then the weight will come off, and staying the same will be water retention. See how you go at this weeks weigh in before you make any decisions... :scale:
