Cheese as a HEB - caught out!!

I'm really confused. I just looked at the pdf files I downloaded when EE first started. Cheese is listed as a HEB on EE days...?! My suggestions for jacket spuds was going to be free stuff! Such as cottage cheese, baked beans or (and I don't know about EE but it is free on Green) a tin of...

    old forum member returning AGAIN!

Welcome back! I'm glad it's not just me that used to use this forum, hadn't for a while, and got on the scales a week ago, and was, like you, almost a stone heavier than I thought! Good luck with your current journey x

    How many Eggs???

In theory you can eat as many eggs as you physically can! Although not sure your body wouldn't get somewhat bored! Eat away!

    :)

Feeling very proud of myself! I lost 2lbs this week - not a lot, I know, but it took me over the 1.5 stone barrier and earned me my 10% too! Am now only 2lbs away from target - feeling like it's actually achievable! :D

Today, I've bought a bike! *eeek*

I bought mine last year! Can I also highly recommend a gel saddle! I had a particularly sore bottom when I just had a usual saddle, which wasn't exactly encouraging me to use the thing! So I got a gel saddle and it's much comfier and I use the bike far more now :)

    Many vegetarians on Slimming World?

Likewise - another veggie here! Love the fact that pasta/spuds etc are all free - it's as if a veggie designed the diet! I don't know about you guys, but they seemed to be my diet staples anyway! Although I'm now more aware of what I put with it all!

Asparagus.... can't get enough of it!

You must share the same taste buds as me - I was about to write pretty much the same message!! Think I'm worryingly addicted to both! x

    OT: HELP!

Phew! I didn't know about the chocolate thing. But thanks for the suggestions. But... I ended up moving EVERYTHING in the kitchen, but I couldn't see it. So, I just shut the door to the rest of the house so it couldn't come in and left the back door open so it could get out. Just walked...

    weight not shifting

I think we all plateau at some point. I personally think it's the body's way of trying to adapt to and get used to the new size you've become! Unfortunately for me, I'm veggie, so can't really do red-days. But I can say I plateaued pretty much for the same length of time as you have, but this...

    OT: HELP!

My kitten has just brought me in his first present: a live mouse. When I shouted at him to get out, he dropped the mouse, and it ran under the fridge freezer. Useless cat! So, my question therefore is: HOW DO YOU GET A LIVE MOUSE OUT FROM UNDER A FRIDGE FREEZER?!

Well, I've just gone and bought my first ever

............................Bikini! I've never ever owned one! But we're off on holiday on 18th June, and hubby's convinced me I'll look good in one (bless him!). So I've promised if I get to target by then, I will wear it! I'm 5lbs away from target... Wish me luck! :)

why do our heads play games with us??

I quite like the fact my head doesn't get what's going on. I still feel dead naughty for stuff, even though I know it's free! It's like I get the treats without the weight gain!

First off - hormones are pants and make us do all sorts we shouldn't! ((hugs)) Secondly, don't beat yourself up for being human! :) If I were you, I'd forget about yesterday. And just try to follow the plan to the letter for the rest of the week. Don't be too hard on yourself hon x

    Impressed!

Was feeling frumpy and in need of a chocolate fix. The other day in Asda I spotted individual sachets of Skinny Cow hot chocolate, on offer for 5 for £1.00. Having never tried them before and not being one to pass on a bargain, I thought why not! And I have to say, at only 2syns per...

    Is pasta causing my bloating???

If it is coeliac's, you need to avoid gluten. Gluten based foods include: Bulgar Cous cous Dinkle Durum Wheat Einkorn Emmer Wheat Kamut Semolina Spelt Triticale The following are gluten-free: Buckwheat Carageenan Caramel Corn Cornflour Cornstarch Maize Starch Dextrin Glucose Syrup Gram Flour...

    Is pasta causing my bloating???

Have you been tested for Coeliac disease (intollerance to wheat)? Do you experience a similar thing with bread? Try swapping to jacket spuds for a filling green day stodge fix for a bit. I agree with Weemo, cutting pasta out is probably a good idea. Worst case scenario, if the bloating...

When I was at school, at my absolute skinniest I was 10st 7lbs, which for someone of my height is still overweight. I know this sounds daft but ....

I was amazed when I went to scratch an itch at the base of my back, just above my bum... The roll of flab that used to be there had gone! I'd not realised! Amazing! Also now don't mind waiting in the queue at our work canteen - we've got mirrored window coverings, and I confused myself when...

Need all the help I can get!!!

Why is it when we lose 1lb it's downheartening because we've "only" lost 1lb, but when we gain 1lb it's the worst feeling in the world because it's so much! You'll overcome it, I'm certain. And like others have said you've done brilliantly, so don't give up!

    Silly Question

If you've already got a ticker, go to the page at the end, when you've entered in all your weights, and copy the box called "bbCode" to make your ticker appear! I'm still stumped on the awards, I can apparently only have the one, otherwise it tells me I've gone over my character limit?!

    Silly Question

Do you have a ticker already? If not, set it up at Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy... then when you've entered all your weights in, just underneath the preview of it, there's a box called "bbCode". Just copy all of that, and it works! I'm still...
