    Aw thanks for the comment, that's so true. My CDC measured me last week ( week 4) and I had lost a couple of inches off my waist and hips. Unfortunately, the biggest inch loss was my chest!!     Advice REALLY needed on SS+ and allowances

    If you fancy the shakes frozen you could try putting them in a blender with ice cubes. That's what I do and they are really yummy like that. I then eat them off a spoon and pretend it's ice cream!! Whatever works.
