    I normally find myself holding my tummy in once on the scales! Don't know why, just habit I guess :D

    I try to wear similar clothes each week and go for a wee beforehand. I don't eat tea till after class but snack as normal until then.

    Eating just before bed

    I try not to eat late at night as I don't like the idea of taking in calories that won't be burnt off very much. Saying that I did have a curly wurly before bed last night. I had planned to eat it earlier but my 2 yr old was still awake and I didn't want him stealing it!:D

    What plan do you prefer?

    I prefer red & green to extra easy because I like having the extra hexs'. I seem to lose more weight on red, but I couldn't stick to that all the time. I love my carbs :)

    Fellow SW fans - what is your motivation?

    I want to fit back into the size 10 clothes in my wardrobe. Feel much better about my appearance after losing 3 stone but still look much bigger than I should be. At 5ft 1 I can't carry off the extra weight.

    Free Days?

    Whenever I've had a day off (either planned or by mistake!) I've always either sts or gained that week at weigh in. I have managed to have the night off for a meal and still had a small loss though. It definately gets harder to get away with the closer you get towards goal.

    Gonna get my life back on track!!

    I hope you feel better soon. I had a mirena coil a few years ago and it just made me spotty and moody all the time. I think the hormones in it make your body think it's pregnant, hence why menstruation often stops completely.

    Top or bottom end

    I'm 5ft 1 and aiming to be 8 stone which is in about the middle of my BMI range. Was that weight for years and felt good. Any less would be too skinny I think, and I'd never maintain it.

    I normally snack on fruit or yoghurt whenever I feel like it. Quite often when I'm in the kitchen waiting for the kettle to boil.     Home gym equipment?

    I have an exercise bike and try and go on it for 30mins 2 or 3 times a week. (I also go to Jazzercise classes twice a week.) Mine gets plonked in front of the tv too, or I listen to music. Would love to have more equipment but lack space :(

    Skinny OH's - Don't you just hate it!!??

    My hubby is underweight and struggles to put anything on so the house is always full of chocolate, crisp and biscuits. He will happily eat 2 packets of crisp before tea every day. So not fair!
