well guys i went away with my g/f for the weekend, i tried sooo hard but slipped off plan, i'm gutted it was really on my mind yesterday, i know now that i will stick 100% to it, after a big TGI burger and shake yesterday i felt sick, bloated, slow and uurrgghh.
my CDC is on her way round now...
i know i should not have done it, but i stepped on my scales this morning, and by my calculations i have lost 7 1/2lb since sunday!!!!!!!! this cannot be right........can it? i was weighed on my cdc's scales on sunday so mine may be a little bit out!!

i chop some spring onions and put them on my soup, i'm no Gordon Ramsey but it does make it taste a bit better, had cappichino shake last night mmmm mmmmmmmm chuck some ice in the water and blitz it, not quite a Starbucks frappichino but hey ho
day 2 today and i have found it tough, yesterday was ok i drank loads had 2 shakes 1 soup and i small chicken salad, today on the other hand was harder than that, only have soup left today, need 500mls of water but i really want to eat something.......walked past the bbq counter at asda it...

i started today, i was going to do sole source but the finance side said no lol, so i'm on 3 packs a day plus a light (very) meal, today i have had 1 shake for brunch, 1 chilli soup for lunch, 1 sm grilled chicken breast with salad for tea so i have 1 pk left for tonight, i have had 1.5 ltrs...
ok start time, my CDC been and gone i have 8 days worth, shake in the morning, brick and light meal for lunch and soup for tea, so far today i have not ate anything but had 500ml of water, should i eat when really hungry or have a set meal time?

i looked at myself in the mirror today and hated what i saw, i'm a well built bloke so i really dont know how much i want to lose, my g/f was shocked when i told her i was 20 st i know fitness should not be a problem as i ran a 10k last year (well kinda walked a bit too :p )

well its the last day today of being 'normal' lol, also today is the biggest i will ever be :-) CDC coming at 10am tomorrow, i dont know if i should have one last binge day, having food in will be tough (i see my kids every week!) if that was not the case then the cupboards would be empty lol
sounds good Helen, i think the first week will be the hardest for me but as long as i see a good loss then i'mm keep going and going (i hope)

hello all,
i have a meeting with a cdc on sunday, looking to loose a far bit of weight, currently 20st and want to get to about 16 as a first goal,
i am away next weekend and dont know if i should do the 100% shake thing or the other one when i can eat bits,
any advice welcome
