    Am I odd in that the more I drink, the hungrier I feel? :confused: I can usually go from breakfast until lunchtime without feeling hungry at all - for these last few days with upping the water I have been starving after an hour.

    You will be fine, you will have lost. Even though you did go a bit over that day you will have caught up by keeping your syns low on the other days. Come back later and tell us - I think we all get worried on weigh in day :)

    At the moment, something really simple like a cheese and red onion omlette. I actually made the best chicken salad in the world last night as well which could become a firm favourite.

    2.5lbs to go until I hit 1.5 stone. Don't expect to get there next week as every other week I seem to lose 1.5 but hopefully in 2 weeks time I will have it. :)

    Well Done Hubby!

    Mine is the same - he has lost 8lbs simply by changing to SW evening meals, although he eats the same stuff he did before for lunch and breakfast. And to make it better, he even cooks them for me :D Well done hubbies!

    I only eat a muller yoghurt and fruit for lunch and so far I have been steadily losing. The worst thing for me is that I get really hungry in an evening so tend to eat a lot then. :o

    I resisted a piece of Lemon Cake in Costa Coffee. That was hard as they are sooooo delicious. I sat there all virtuous with my 2.5 syn skinny latte and savoured every mouthful :D

    I just wanted to pop in and say hi to you - have read all your diary and you are doing amazingly well :D I go to my first class tonight, even though I have been procrastinating for ages, and it has really given me a boost seeing how well you have done in such a short amount of time. x
