i have finally been after 3 days this morning (11.30am) but i have the most excruciating pain still in my bottom - anyone else experienced this? and if so whats the treatment??

Well CD wasnt mentioned but VLCD was a woman was on VLCD and said she wasnt allowed any food just shakes & soups and ended up having gallstones and eventually needed her gallbladder removed :(

i'm doing SS+ and 1st week lost 8.5lb also only on week 2 now & weigh in is Monday so I'll let you know ;)

my counsellor let me replace mine with the bricks

i just started this monday....hated the shakes too was gonna give up also but after speaking to my counsellor i'm on the tetra bricks which are miles better...give those a go before giving up.
