    Books got me confused???

    Okay reading the book thoroughly (finally) and getting confused. I know I'm allowed 20g of carbs per day. However on page 126 it tells me I can have 170g Salad and 80g Vegetables per day but then on page 229 it says 230g Salad and 200g Vegetables. Which is right I'm I missing something? Thanks
