    Well am back from weigh in, only 1.5lb on since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago (and a week of that was in Crete!). Back on track tomorrow, going to go to the gym too and have my new comfort foods recipe book to be getting on with.

    Well I have basically had a week off, been away for the weekend to visit family etc. I ate and drank what ever I felt like, and I enjoyed it! Back on the foot optimising today. So, I wonder what the damage will be! :whistle:

    Thanks all. For slimmer of the month I got another certificate for my cupboard and a sticker for my passport. Slimmer of the week gets lots of fruit as each week each member of the group brings in a piece of fruit each for slimmer of the week to take home.

    Well I went to the Dr's yesterday, and he thinks its nothing serious, and that I probably had a bug/infection, and what I was feeling was my body fightin it. I have felt much better for the last 2 days.

    I either go for spirits which are 2.5 sysn a shot, or wine which is 4.5syns for a small 125ml glass. Most other things are much higher. I am going to be drinking quiet a bit tonight and shall be drinking wine.

    How do you stop yourself

    A tip i picked up was buy mini bars and the have one in the fridge and put the rest in the freeser, then if you want more you cant as they are frosen solid. Also while they defrost the craving might go.

    Doh PC is playing up and posted befor Ihad finished!!! That sounds great. My consultant last night said to make sure you are having between 5 and 15 syns each day. There are members at my group who dont ave great sccesses if they dont get the yns in each day too.

    Also, check your book and look for the foos narked with SS. They are really supposed to be able to help with your loss. The ones I know of the top of my head are strawberries, beans and quaorn.
