Hi, forgot to update on Tuesday night. I lost 1 lb this week so thats 7 lbs in October. One over my target. Hope I can do the same in November!

Thanks, scales not showing much of a loss at the minute - i can never resist having a peek :sigh:. But we shall see in less than 24 hours!

I dont like porridge but I find two weetabix keeps me full for a while and like others have said I snack on fruit then if I am hungry before lunch. Before dieting I never ate breakfast which was not good at all!!!:)

Love those shoes. Im not great in heels but have bought a couple of pairs recently and am getting better. Cant wait to see pics of it all together!
