Unless you know how the soup was made it's like asking how long is the proverbial piece of string! LOL

    What brand is it?

It seems to range between 1.5 - 2.5

Cross and blackwell, tescos and morrisons cream of mushroom soup is 2 pnts per half a tin

Asda, heinz and sainsburys 1.5 per half a tin

cambels condenced classic cream of mushroom 2.5

If you were eating out the general points of mushroom soup is 3.5 - 4 pnts a bowl

( I would count it as 4 to be safe)

    Brown bread is 1pnt each

If you had butter 1tsp (one pack if its in the little packs iykwim) is 1 point
