Lost one tonight so that is the two and a half stone gone. Whoop whoop. Thought I would have had an up week, had too good a time at weekend. So im happy girl now!

Thanks everyone. Have today and tomorrow off work. My house is in a bad state at the minute so it will be two days of cleaning. Hopefully it will burn some fat! I know, i know im on the computer at the minute - I'm just having the odd little look......................

Hi all, I havent been very good at posting lately but I have been looking in. I lost two pounds this week (after putting on one last week) and finally got into the 14 stones. Had a horrible week, two hospital appointments, listened to moaners in work etc etc. Glad its saturday!! Am going to catch up on all your diaries now, Im sure you are all doing great. Talk soon......................C

Thanks all, and well done to you all too! Weigh in tonight, not sure how to feel about it, havent got in as much walking as usual this week but havent been too bold eating wise. Hopefully will even get one off. Hope you all having a nice tuesday. Will let you know later how I do. Catherine
