    Anyone else 5ft?

    Hi, I'm 5ft2 and I've set myself a goal of 9st 6 which is the the top of a healthy bmi, once I get there I'm going to see if I want to lose anymore weight. My target weight is 8.10 which puts me in the middle of my bmi. I think you should go with how you feel, get to your first goal and see. :)

    Day 9 I woke up today nice and refreshed. I'm glad its Friday lol! I'm just drinking my 2ltr bottle of water at work. I'm setting myself a goal of 9.13 which is 4lbs. Fingers crossed I can do it. :cross:

    Thinking about starting The Cambridge Diet!

    Hi everyone. I'm thinking about starting the camridge diet. I'm a bit scared of not eating food. I don't want to put the weight back on when I start eating. I'm currently 10.9 and I want to get into the 9s. Just wanted some advice and everyones experience on the cd? Thanks :)
