    here we go again :) YAYYYYYY !!! another 4lb lost, and coming off nicely again. Best night ever last night, 1084 cals burned in 1 hr, 3 miles treadmill, 1.5 miles out with dog, then weights when got back and 40 sit-ups. bring it on !!!!! :):) never felt as good

    Chinese

    i had chinese last week, have it as a treat once a fortnight. chicken curry, egg fried rice, soft noodles and beansprouts, between us all. its a good idea to have a treat, stops you going into plateau keep having extra few cals rather than 100% stick to routine. it does help, ive started losing...

    Routine?

    up 6am, glass water work for 8am, milkshake 11am coco pop bar 1pm shake again 3pm bad low cal crisps 6pm evening meal 8pm training for 2 hours 10:30 bed knackered.... lol

    you have to remember, i was like WTF too, i have managed to get to under 17 stone, BUT because im training hard too im gaining weight with muscle toning etc. dont worry too much, it comes off fast at 1st then a few pounds if lucky a week. i can still tell a difference with the way clothes fit...

    good luck angel mouse, SF is an excellent diet, i have lost over 3 stone in 4.5 weeks, the key to all diets that actually works is exercise well with it and dont cheat the diet :) hope you do well x

    finally hit the 16 stone 12, yayyyyyyyy ive not been in this weight bracket since school lol. ive never been more determined to do this, i feel sooooooooo much fitter and healthier, than i ever have. keep up the hard work everyone x thanks for the comments everyone, much appreciated :)

    new mid morning / afternoon snack :)

    went to the local spar today, and saw these on the shelf :: The Weetabix Food Company 65 cals per bar, and they are really nice taste kinda like "Tracker" bars

    never enough shake mix !

    i always seem to run out of shake mix, towards the last bit in the tin. there is never enough for the last one, only ever seems to be 1 scoop left. i had this with banana and strawberry, so mixed the last 2 parts together strawberry and banana shake..... quite surprised, was quite nice :)

    Wii EA Sports Active V Jillian Michaels ...

    wii sports active is great, used it for the last 3 weeks, only problem i had was the fitness band included was not strong enough for me, but was fine for the wife, i ordered a xx heavy duty band off ebay, and do the hard training, losing over 300 cals a night, its great !
