138lbs currently... bit of advice needed!

Hello! I have very similar stats to you. I'm. 25 and started Jan 2013 at 11st 7 and got to target at 9st in November via a very scenic route. I am 5ft 2 so a bit shorter but similar. I found that the weight stopped coming off at around 10st and that was one of the main reasons it took me so...

New to WW. Previously did SW

I know what you mean about the jars of sauces. I still love making my own when time allows but sometimes all you want to do us just open a jar and pour it over whatever you're having. I just love how flexible ww is. I even went on a totally unplanned trip to Nandos the other day and was able...

New to WW. Previously did SW

I also moved over from sw to ww and am so far really enjoying the change. Sw is a great plan and i managed to keep the almost 2 stone that i lost off for almost 2 years but I was sick of having to think about what day I was on and whether I was getting enough 'superfree'. I also think sw didn't...

Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Hi all, sounds like I'm in a pretty similar situation to some of you. I have posted on this thread before but not for a long tome. I reached target of 8st 10 in November 2009 and kept it all off until this summer. I did a 500 mile bike ride from Geneva to Nice and just carried on eating the...

Red or green which gives fastest results?

Haha on the booze front that sounds just like me! I've never been a particularly heavy drinker but now it's quite ridiculous on a night out. I'm totally gone after a glass and a half of wine. My friends also think it's v funny, and i don't mind being the source of entertainment on this one as...

    Bit worried

Also, maybe you could start a food diary in the food diaries section? I'm sure lots of the lovely people on here would be able to spot any issues (if any) and give guidance and encouragement, even if it just helps to reassure you that you're doing it right!

Can you eat too many eggs?

I'm definitely with you about the skimmed milk thing! My mum started having skimmed milk when she was doing weight watchers about 2 years ago and at first I thought it was absolutely disgusting but slowly got used to it. Now I always have skimmed but my OH always has semi-skimmed. If ever we...

I've lost weight from my cheat, it's very disappointing since i've always had a fairly decent D cup and have now gone to a very small C. Wouldn't change it though, especially as now I can wear the little triangle bikinis comfortably since reaching target! xx

Things I Want To Wear When I Hit Target...

haha i have to agree with the skinny jeans with boots comment. What bit of class do you like most

I have to agree. The structure of SW classes are really not the best. My C is meant to start "image therapy" (nice phrase for very little substance I think) at 7.30 but usually doesn't until 5-10 minutes later and the class is meant to finish at 8.30 but after we've gone round everyone...

I think that some people put high syns things in there that they bought either by mistake or just had lying around in their cupboard and think of it as an easy way of getting rid of them.
