    Week 2 - done

    Thanks for the support. Just had this weeks weigh in and only 4lbs off but have been doing lost of exercise this week and have always found when I start exercising after a break I seem to not lose as quickly for first few weeks

    Week 2 - done

    Weigh in today and another 7.5lbs off. Thats 20lbs off in 2 weeks. Also 2 inches off bust, hips and waist. To say I am happy is an understatement!!!

    here we go again .......

    Must be the way my mind works but I do better leaving a big 2 litre bottle on the side so I can watch it go. My aim is usually 1 bottle by lunch then another by bed time. And I find icy cold sparkling water easier to do too. Funny isn't it how what works for one does for another!!

    Thats actually a good idea. Part of what got me into this mess was not eating till i was hungry then just grabbing what was closest to me! Think I will try to do the shakes at family eating times from now on!

    help please,,,on day 5 and feel like giving up

    I had bad day on day 5, ended up it tears telling OH I was a failure and was gonna cave in. After long bath and early night i woke on day 6 feeling much better. Mood swings are quite commonn in first few weeks but tend to go as quickly as they appear xx

    During week have them about 10, 3 and 7 as busy with school runs etc, but weekends it usually 9 12 and 6 as thats when the rest of the family eat

    Am so happy, after very hard first week have had weigh in today and lost 12.5lbs To say I am happy is an understatement. Now onto an easier week 2 I hope!!
