I'm on the 790 diet and started it properly on Saturday. Just 4 days ago and I have already lost 11lb's :D This is the happiest I have felt in a long time, and If I can do it anyone can! I've tired lots of diets before but have never shifted this much weight! Can't wait to go back next week...

I have the Orange flavour and it's lovely, very easy to drink. I usually put 2 litres of water in a bottle then add 2 tsp's of powder and shake. Pop in the fridge, and enjoy! :D

Hi CC, Thanks for the reply. I haven't looked for a counciller yet. It's a bit mish-mash at the moment as I'm due to get married in September and I have my next wedding dress fitting in July. I also could do with going down a dress size or 2 in the next few weeks as then my wedding dress...

But it would be good to go down dress size or two as the dress would fit perfectly then. Is there anyway that I can go down a dress size 3 weeks. I have a dress fitting then. Thanks.
