    I wouldn't worry too much about the blowout, stick to the plan for the rest of the week, and try and stay to a min of 5 syns or so. You need to use your syns every day (or total throughout the week) so you can make sure you're consuming enough calories for your bosy to burn more. I have...

    I have branflakes every day but if I am running late I grab 2 Alpen Light bars (delicious) and if I'm still hungry an apple and a muller light. Count the 2 bars a one HexB and muller and apple - FREE!!!
