    Sunday- Breakfast= apple :s not great but I was in a rush out of the flat. Made up for it with... Lunch= Spud u like :D with cheese (2hea) Snacks= Just ate 4 alpen lights :L (guess thats my 2heb then :P), also today munched my way through more apples (several) and a banana Dinner= microwave...

    I fell off the wagon (even as the wheels roll away I'm thinking of the biscuit)

    It's been a bit of a bad week. Tuesday was fine (WI day). Wednesday, 14 syns, Thursday I ovesynned by 15, Friday 14.5 syns, Saturday I oversynned by 16 syns and today I'm over by 8. I need some help. What can I do to stop these mean evening munchies? x:break_diet:

    What have you given up since joing SW?

    Slabs of white crusty bread with lots of spread. Well, white bread and spread in general. I don't really feel like I've given it up. I'm just stingy about syns and prefer to spend them on chocolate than bread when I could have a nice big free bowl of pasta :L

    Any special occasion your slimming for?

    So I can say I wasn't oveweight for the whole of my teenage years (:)) and to improve (presently low) self confidence and health. Also to not feel like an outcast/eyesore amonst pretty slim friends. x

I've always been overweight as long as I have been a teenager and I really want to become someone who I can be proud of and who has confidence in themselves.     As long as I have been a teenager I have been overweight. It is now just under 2 weeks til my 18th birthday and time to turn over a new leaf and turn into a girl I can be proud of :). I started slimming world at 14 stone 3lb a few months before coming to uni and lost just over half a stone...
